Scott Bradley
Scott is a Washington State licensed real estate managing broker, and a licensed Oregon real estate broker. He has earned the National Association of Realtors (NAR), Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation, and has committed to industry standards and best practices through the NAR Commitment to Excellence endorsement. Scott is also a certified real estate instructor and has completed his professional mediation training. He holds a board of directors position with the Clark County Realtors Association, and a member of the Professional Standards Committee.
Scott is a life-long resident of Clark County. His family relocated to Vancouver when his father opened his first restaurant at the Garrison Square shopping center in the early 60’s. It is safe to say that those formative years and countless Saturdays spent helping at the restaurant, laid the foundation for a life-long career of service to others.
Scott resides in Camas with Juli, his wife of 33 years. They have one son.

Braden Hurt
Braden is a licensed Oregon and Washington contractor with almost 30 years residential and commercial experience. He is the third-generation owner of Chucks Heating and Air-conditioning, a Clark County full service HVAC company.
Braden and his wife Amy, are life-long residents of Clark County. They have two sons, who’s love of the outdoors developed, with Braden’s mentoring, during their scouting years. Not terribly surprising, Braden is an avid backpacker and outdoorsman, and is truly gifted behind the lens of a camera.
